Shu G. Momose is from Nagano, Japan.
B.F.A. in Film Production, Brooklyn College of the City University of New York.
Since his first visit to the U.S. in 1990, he has studied film and cinematography in Japan and the United States. After graduating from university, he worked as a news and documentary videographer based in New York, and participated in TV news coverage such as the 9/11 terrorist attacks and other events in the U.S. and abroad.
Meanwhile, he has also shot independent films, and in 2004, he moved his base of operations to Japan, where he worked on “Chromatie High – The Movie”(2005) debuting as a commercial feature film cameraman. He currently works as a cinematographer, camera operator and drone pilot for movies, TV series, TV/Web commercials, corporate videos, etc.
